The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major landmarks in the city. The rooms are spacious and come with amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities, a small fridge and a safe. The breakfast served is of good quality with helpful staff and speaks English.
While some rooms may offer great views, not all of them come with a pleasant smell as tobacco smoke tends to linger in some areas.

Location, location, location. Situated in the same road as Tiananmen Square and the famous Silk Street Building. Silk Street is two bus stops away. Silk Street is famous for brand name clothing at very low prices. Even the odd copy product is available at this 7 storey building. Tiananmen Square is also on the opposite side a few bus stops away. Busses are cheap, reliable and frequent and will cost you 1 Yang a trip. The hotel has several dining options, some a bit expensive. The buffet offer international cuisine. Several good restaurants are situated within walking distance from the hotel.
The internet is not free. It will cost you 80 Yang a day.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The pool and gym were also impressive, offering a great workout.
There were some aspects we didn’t enjoy. The staff’s English skills were limited, leading to some communication issues.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walking from Dongdan underground station.
There was no free wifi in the room, only in the lobby. I think today ist almost a must, considering the present need of communications. But I hope they'll soon offer this service.

Bus to the airport leaves from front of hotel. We stayed only one night, but it seems like a nice place.

My booking was stated that I have the right to take 01 breakfast for free ! and the hotel staff refuse to accept that arguing that they do not receive this information from Booked.net. I try to call the local phone (from Booked.net) and it does not work.

Location is unbeatable! Near to the central railway station and subway stations, connecting to the airport easily. Also close to the convention center and lots of restaurants in the area. Transportation is convenient, making exploring this city a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms impressed me, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Generally service was good. Hotel in good position.
After spending six days there using two rooms, staff were extremely unhelpful getting a taxi to the airport. We had tried a number of times to book one and told that it was fine, only to be told at the time of leaving there were none because it was raining. Finally after a fuss the manager got us one in the nick of time to get our domestic flight, even though we had left 3 hours to get it against their advice of just two hours.

Great breakfast selection and comfortable beds. Convenient location near public transportation and popular attractions. Friendly staff were helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and sights to visit.
Room service was slow to respond and some amenities were not restocked. Elevators can get crowded during peak times, leading to long wait times.

This luxurious hotel provides exclusive amenities such as a well-equipped gym, a beautifully designed pool, and a relaxing sauna. The room had a modern decor with exclusive facilities such as a comfortable bed, plush linens, and high-quality toiletries. The restaurant offered an extensive menu with delicious options. The bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location was ideal as it offered easy access to major tourist attractions.
We encountered minor issues with the service. The staff was not as friendly and helpful as we expected from a 5-star hotel.
